Oh damn there were no specs of dust. But her Spectrespecs saw a silhouette on the floor so I think those glasses can sometimes "see" under the invisibility cloak.

It doesn't really see clearly but I think those glasses can only see silhouettes. If it can see clearly then the Invisibility Cloak doesn't work.

Definitely. I think I vaguely remember it wasn't Luna who found Harry on the train but it was Tonks (in the book). And she finds him because the Order are spying on him to protect him.

Yep. They changed it in the movie. Not sure why they made it Luna who finds Harry but I'm not complaining because I like them.
