I'm glad we got it at the movies at least but I can't imagine them not including it because an important thing happened in the wedding: the Death Eater attack which caused Harry, Ron & Hermione to apparate back to London for safety and basically on the run.

I've checked and they haven't started shooting yet. Hopefully we'll get some more news in the coming months for the movie.
