At least everyone of the characters we care about will be back for part 2 except for Graves/Colin Farrell. I was kinda hoping Grindelwald didn't kill him and had him locked up somewhere much like what happened to Mad Eye Moody when Barty Crouch Jr. used the Polyjuice Potion to pretend that he was Mad Eye. But I guess Grindelwald is the killing type so he didn't spare Graves' life anymore.

I may be just holding out for false hope but I do hope they make it very clear in future movies that Graves is indeed dead.

Why do you want him axed? The worst thing he’s done is smuggle dogs and break his leg and cancel POTC filming. He’s only rumoured to have abused his ex wife. A human can make mistakes. He’s entitled to break a limb and apologise when he’s done something wrong. Johnny is an amazing respectful actor and in no way, as J.K has stated, should he be replaced.

People keep comparing it to the actor who played Crabbe. Yeah he had to get recast because he was in prison. They weren’t going to let him out to film scenes. If they re-cast the main character because of a rumour and not because the actor has died then it’s ridiculous. That is of course, unless I have completely missed a new bit of information about Johnny. Has he done something more serious these last couple of weeks?

Eh, I don't care if he made "mistake" but it shows that he doesn't learn what he did and he acts ike he's innocent while he said she did this and stuff.. Which I don't buy it plus I know his past since I have see his behavior even tho I'm not surprising that it coming up now.. So I rather him being ax and recast plus this is HP since they can use spell that it's not truly him..

He's not rumored to have abused his ex-wife. It's a court case and they both have settlements. A human can make a mistake, sure, but abuse is a "mistake"? I'm glad Amber spoke up as most women usually don't. This is why a lot of women are speaking up now because people dismiss this as a mistake or women crying foul and bringing attention to themselves. We're not taken seriously. We're always considered the weaker sex.

This whole Johnny thing is hurting the franchise, I can admit that. We can't do anything about movie 2, fine. But for the rest of the movies, they should do something about this. I'm a bigger HP fan so I'll watch them even if Johnny is Grindelwald but I'm afraid I won't take the character seriously. I do hope he brings life to the character, probably a consolation but to have him in the films is ignoring the fact that he made a "mistake" and just letting it go. I'm not just talking about JKR but it's everyone's decision to have him in the movie that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Your making assumptions, which you shouldn't do. Also I said taking his dogs illegally abroad was a mistake, not the assumption of him apparently hitting his wife. People are acting like it is set in stone. For all they know she could have back tracked on her word and the case was settled that way.

The point is, no one knows whether he did or did not do it. We should not condemn him and neither should this assumption be spurred in every single thread across the board.

I'm not defending him, as i'm not his biggest fan, but all this negativity that's being spread here just seems wrong to me. If your a big of as a fan as you're stating, trust in J.K. and trust in the franchise, please.

I don't trust in JK... I'm on the ride for those actors/actress bec they are the one who do all the work more than JK when she just does w/ writing.. That's it.. She need them more than herself.. Shrug..

In the EW promo pic, we did see Newt inside a tunnel with a suitcase but he wasn't carrying it. I wonder if another creature escaped or he's just carrying it around and I'm looking into it way too much?
