Yes and also majority of the fans didn't want these movies too. Thankfully the 1st movie was good but the 2nd and 3rd was riddled with so many issues outside of the movie: Part 2 was Johnny Depp and JKR and Part 3 was Ezra Miller and again the re-casting of Johnny.

There was some issue with Johnny at first before the movie came out. Some fans didn't like him but by the time part 2 came out, fans changed their tune and liked him and wanted him back after he left for part 3.

I personally don't have a problem with him when he joined the movies but he wasn't a favorite of mine to play Grindelwald because his acting reminded me too much of Capt Jack Sparrow.

Same here and I felt like it hard to break that role when he play that role more than 5 years..

Then that makes sense then. I didn't even realize he played the role for 5 years.

Same I didn't mind that he was in it but infelt the same way

I loved the first movie too and I did enjoy him as Jack Sparrow so that's probably why sometimes I see him acting that way with some of his roles post-POTC.

Same here.. Even tho I think that he did some after POTC, but I can't remember what it was..
