I think that's part of Grindelwald's ability, to see the future but also he's the only wizard we know who can do this. So is it something he studied to do or was born with that ability?

It's not explained. I'm not sure if you can be born with it or if Grindelwald just studied a lot of dark magic to be able to do that.

See from watching Fb 2 and 3 I don't think he does it .. cause in Fb he had the skull thing to see ir , leta destroyed it and in FB he had the chillin thing to do it .. so he wants to see It I don't think hw has the power
