I know some hospital had that.. Bec one time, I went w/ my mom since she had the surgery, my father couldn't go, so I went.. The door reused to open, so the nurse was helping me until it finally open.. I was like alright then..

Ah I know those doors, they only open from the inside so that those from outside can't easily go in. Most hospitals have that.
