Grindelwald tells Credence there that he's Aurelius Dumbledore and he was telling him that they will make history together. So he's going to use Credence to turn against Albus? __________________

I don't think he regrets it. Grindelwald & Dumbledore were friends at first until they weren't anymore because Grindelwald's greed won over and I think he just mostly used Dumbledore's friendship to get what he wants.
