Looks like Tru season two might be aired.
January 24, 2005 New Zealand network TV3 have confirmed that they will screen Season 2 of Tru Calling directly after the first season. The season opener "Perfect Storm" will screen Friday February 4 at 7.30pm on TV3. __________________

It's the same here. First they anounced that they we gonna show it here, then they changed their minds and replaced it with something else.

From what I understand the first episode has just aired in New Zealand
Which has been and gone, one person has written up a spoiler which I will paste and colour white if thats ok? If it's not I apologise ****SPOILERS**** First Day: Tru Starts her first day at med school, and gets bumbed out by the teacher in front of everyone for having davis use his contacts to get her in. Harrison gets a job as a package deliverer (i didnt see what it was called) Tru's dad is back in town after splitting with his wife, he gets the kids on weekends. he offers harrison a job, for which he declines. Davis is interviewed by a new psychiatrist thing to test out his crazy levels or sumthing (i dont know the word), it doesnt go well. Tru follows Jack who a friend of harrisons had spotted, only to see him save a little girl who was about to get hit by a truck as her skateboard rolled onto the street. When Tru confronts him and asks him about it, he says that he only keeps fate on track, he keeps people dead that already died, not those who havent. he tells her to expect him on a rewind day. Later on, Hrrisons work truck is stolen. and at night the body of Kate wilson, whos in harbour patrol (carly pope -- popular) is brought in, and of course she asks for help. Rewind day: Tru starts med school, and in turn bumbs out the teacher instead. HArrisons car is still tolen, and finds out that his boss is making the trucks stolen on purpose, to collect insurance. Tru invites Kate to lunch asking for information on becoming a recruit. But as she leaves, Jack pretends to drown by capsising his kayak while the harbour patrol are looking. Kate saves him and he invites her to lunch. she accepts. Davis didnt turn up for his metting with the psychiatrist, and so she meets up with him at the morgue, and hears him pretending to be a marshall or something important so the harbour police cant go out in the storm to save some people out the sea. which is what causes kates death. Tru thinks jer work is done... But later, another call comes out, and Kate goes out into the storm by herself, tru following behind in another boat, kate gets knocke overboard (luckily wearing a life jacket) and tru saves her. Harrison agrees to work with his dad. who then meets up with jack and scolds him, but also forgives him for losing the fight against Tru. END OF EPISODE i missed some things out, but only minor ones, if it was a big thing i mised out, some one can correct me. this is what happens in episode 2: Jack decides to cheat a bit, and render Tru incapable of saving someone, by getting her arressted on a rewind day. |
