Spike getting her to smile like this is beautiful though.

I think Buffy's best smile though is during the handclasp when Spike gave her the fire back.

You also can tell even though Joss isn't credited all the scenes of crazy Spike in Season 7 was written by him.

That are exactly like the BY ending.

I bet there are lots of scenes like those he wrote we don't know too.
