I rewatched the season 2 finale yesterday and the spuffy teaming up scenes were my fave parts

I started smiling like crazy when the cop showed up BC I knew Spike was about to kick his ass lol

I love "just let me kill this guy'

Spuffy are the best part to me of course.

It was such a turning point that foreshadowed a lot.

I think one of my fave things about them is the unplanned buildup.

There is a lot of it.

Yeah, but I don't think it made sense for him to stay then. He only cared about getting Dru out of there.

But, I mean, in a way he should've stayed because if Angelus succeeded in killing her, then no one would stop him from sucking the world into hell. Spike would've only gotten so far in the car with Dru before being swallowed up. Not something he would've wanted to happen.

I love that I just contradicted myself.

Yeah I know but it makes sense from what we saw in FFL that he would have done it.

Plus there are fics where Dru jumps into the portal to be with her daddy and where she dusts herself.

Spike isn't able to stop her and Dru goes after Buffy.

Either Spike or Buffy end up dusting her.

Then there are fics where Spike gets his soul back too during the spell.
