At first it was because they were both horrified. Although with him it was more out of denial of his growing feelings for her. For both, even if they knew they weren't really enemies really, it was still very "I was lovey dovey with my mortal enemy!"
Then Spike wouldn't bring it up because he didn't want to think about how much he liked the memories. Then believing that she didn't. But yeah, at some point it should've come up. Maybe around their fight scene in Out of My Mind. Spike: I heard you made time with Dracula. Three vampires gone there now, huh? Buffy: You have not gone there. Spike: I got to the shore. Dipped my toes in the shallow end. Buffy: Why does everything you say sound so filthy? You open your mouth and I need a shower for my ears. __________________

Wouldn't be surprised if she did it behind their backs. That is probably how she found out about the Tabula Rasa spell!
So many forgave Willow when she did it in All The Way as if it were a random spell she happened upon in that moment and impulse control went out the window. It was clear that she must've researched it. She even had the ingredients ready to go. __________________

I hate at the end of SB that Buffy went to Riley. It had to be before a forget spell. Willow probably did it that night. __________________

She went to Riley because she had back to back vampire lover encounters. Angel. Spike.
She craved that level of passion and excitement and unpredictability but it terrified her because she didn't want to get hurt again. So she ran towards Riley. Remember the talk she had with Willow in between the Angel thing and the Spike thing. She knew where the fire was coming from but she didn't want to get burnt so chose the nice safe option she thought was inflammable. __________________
