Spike knows she had to break through her coffin because of her hands.
Buffy looks really vulnerable and Spike is really sweet/gentle.  Fans went crazy over when he did the head tilt like the second gif.  I read recently that he said it was just something he started doing and was amused fans loved it.  __________________
