We get so much that shows that all 3 each felt at least something close to love.

No couple will ever be Spuffy but it's nat. for their to be similarities to ships I like to have them.

EJabby on the surface with bad man & good woman trope there especially.


Well Spike knew how he felt but the soul screwed that up b/c he thought he didn't deserve her.

Buffy was a big mess of confusion Season 6 especially but still Season 7 too. She didn't hide their relationship at least anymore.

Spuffy had a lot of baggage in their relationship.

EJ & Abby didn't really have baggage in their actual relationship other than outside forces like Sami his children & Abby's loved ones.

I don't think it would have mattered sadly about the children b/c they were used to their parents not together most of their lives & still young.

Sami had Ally with Lucas too. Sydney also with EJ. All 3 kids liked Abby.

Johnny adored Abby most & probably would have been happy to have her as a step mother.


EJ: We have this great connection that we just took too far. This about the first time while at the cabin second time.


After everybody knew about them.


EJ: We spent time together. We connected. We talked about art & your father's book.

We didn't mean to hurt anyone.

We weren't 2 strangers. We made love impulsively.
