The only entertaining aspect of Buffy/Riley was the fact that she could openly joke like that only when it came to her relationship with him

I mean, her romances with Angel and Spike were forbidden and she kept it a secret for as long as she was having an actual romantic affair with either of them.

I still think it's weird that Dawn didn't need a father. It's really like Buffy is more her mother since biologically Joyce wasn't.
