Yeah, with this gif, it seems as though they really are constantly smoking! I love that episode where we find that they were paying Marge to do their chores (she was saving up to buy something) and so they decide, with all the free time they'll get, they should start smoking!

I thought I saw Ling make a recent appearance in an episode. At the end of the scene, she said, "Help me". Was that the episode where Marge and Homer were trying to find guardians for the kids?
