Here's Emmy Rossum being all enthusiastic about the training she's doing for the film. I imagine that James will be going thru the same thing.

Very cool. So much preparation for these actos. They really have to be so disciplined.

I believe James starts filming in early January and the last of the filming will be done the end of March. So, when I see him in April, he will be fresh from the set. Probably told not to say anything about the movie...but maybe we'll get some good anecdotes about the shoot. Hope the people he works with are nice. That always seems to mean the world to him.

Do you think most of the filming will be at a studio (for all the special effects needed)? And therefore no location shoots which means no chance of getting any fan set reports?

No. They've already been filming at a high school. And they are moving around to different locations. So, I'd say they will do studio work...and lots of special effects. But I would expect the local people will have a chance to see a bit of filming. Problem is I only know one person from Mexico. I'll be checking with her from time to time...but if anyone else sees any "fan reports", it would be great if they'd bring them over.

Really. That would be fantastic. I love getting the leaked spoilers from film sets.

I'm So Excited for this Movie for James.

Filming isn't as long as I thought it would be.

Really? Three months seems about average. They did the one that I worked on in 2. And with Dragonball, I only mean the filming with the actors. Then they'll probably spend more time adding in special effects stuff.

I heard for sure that they will be making DragonBall action figures. So I can count on getting a little Piccolo to accompany my little Spike on trips!

From a recent interview in TV Guide:

James: Oh,Dragonball is the coolest television cartoon in the last 50,000 years. It's got a Shakespearian sense of good and evil. This movie has incredible action scenes with characters with unbelievable powers. It's going to be really visually exciting.
