Were you surprised when Joss gave Spike a soul? YEAH! Was I surprised when Joss gave Spike a soul??? Completely...the thing is, I didn't know, even filming the scene where it happens. There were 3 different versions that I had to memorize and the one we finally filmed was a fourth. So I didn't know what was going on.I didn't know why I went to AfricaI didn't know if I was going there to get something to kill her with. I had no idea because he (Spike) kept saying "I'm going to give her what she deservdes." and so it completely fooled me. And then, you know, I didn't evden have the line "I will give you back your soul!" ...and their rolling. Then it's "Cut!" and they move on. And I am like (confused look....mouths "O.K. ) Angel2...yeah, that was the immediate problem. You cannot go where Angel has gone. We already did that and you don't follow a banjo act with a banjo act. |

It did show a lack of trust on Joss' part, I think. We all know that James is a good enough actor to play one thing even when it will turn out another.

Great moments! The cavemen vs astronauts scene almost takes in new depth now that we've recently watched his astronaut role
 (almost, since he was asked that question a few times at the cons surrounding the Moonshot premiere, and I enjoyed it each time |
