I don't exactly know what you mean...noone can have an avatar unless they have reached 101 posts. If you're talking about the stars, they are being installed and some people still do not have them, but every single member will have them very very very soon.
If you're indeed talking about avatars...can you show me some sort of example? Where did you see such poster? __________________

It's been a long time since I last saw a poster with the smaller avatars but it exists. I guess the smaller avatars you could choose before weren't deleted and some posters who had registered before have kept them.
It is considered impossible though, it is kind of against the rules. __________________
