The cutesy diner lingo was great too.

She was so great at that. :D

I love and hate season 2 for getting Luke and Lorelai closer than they have ever been, but then tearing them apart with that huge fight they had.
That fight is tough to watch.
It really is. I mean, it is also good drama because I like the tension it builds up, but yeah. They were so close in season 2, especially post Luke's uncle's funeral when Lorelai really came through for him. Then that happened.
Yes the tension between them in the few scenes we get with them in those episodes is great. I tend to skip scenes in the last episode, because of Chris. I hate that Chris leads Lorelai on while he isn't fully broken up from Sherry and that Lorelai goes along with it. What is it with this show and cheating? lol. Then he promises Rory things are going to work, and only a few minutes later he's leaving them for Sherry. I really can't stand that and it's very tough to watch.
Yeah, it is tough to watch and not because I'm heartbroken over Lorelai and Chris not working out (lmao), but because I'm angry on Rory and Lorelai's behalf, because Chris lead them on. He should never have slept with Lorelai and make any kinds of promises without fully ending his relationship with Sherry first.
I agree. No wonder neither of them wanted nothing to do with him for months after that.
Yeah, I'm glad they shut him out.
He certainly deserved it.
You're telling me.
wish they shut him out forever. :P

Chris at his usual, breaking promises. He was also cheating on Sherry. So how he can make those promises without having actually broken up with his current girlfriend is just so sickening.
Yeah he was just a trash person all around in that episode
