Why has in the end Rory chosen Yale and not Harvard? I know there were pro and con list - but what was the main reason?

Well, in "A Tale of Poes and Fire" Lorelai notices that in Rory's Pro/Con list, Yale's list of Pros beats out all of the other schools' by double and triple the amounts, so it's pretty clear Rory has chosen Yale. Unfortunately for us we can't really see the list but I like that it was a bit of a twist considering EVERYONE expected her to go to Harvard.
