I was thinking about this last night and I think the number 1 reason that Amy would never have Rory and Logan be endgame is because if Rory ended up living that entitled life permanently it would really diminish the connection between Rory and Lorelai.
This show has been built on the like mother like daughter concept, and how close they are. They had to toy with Rory experiencing that world because Lorelai was raised in it, but I just cannot see Amy having Rory chose that life permanently, because living completely different lifestyles would take away from that Rory and Lorelai connection . Amy would never do that. __________________
