I don't think that's the series finale cause they were alone in the diner. It looks like someone is in the diner in the background. It might've been 7x19 after the car shopping?

I looked at most of the last episodes of season 7, the episodes after their breakup in season 5 and in season 1 before she gives him the blue hat.
