 IMO the mods should have put the specific rules in the first post. Because how people are supposed to know what is allowed and what is not when you're not allowed to post fics in a dirty thread, but on the other hand you can see tons of dirty fics are posted in every other threads. I think they should have just closed the thread for like a week as a warning and in the meantime could have created more specific rules. ETA - I love the one in which Luke holds that "Acme Dirty Cake Company" box in his hand. Also his face...  __________________

but if he only posted one avi and one fic, it's not that big of a deal. as you said they could have close it for just one week. i know i was cracking up, it was always so funny and dirty of course.

I think that the Dirty thread is more controlled by the mods, just because it's called dirty thread, so they assume people may cross the line more often there, since it's supposed to be only about Dirty things. There's a lot of dirty posts going on other threads, that mods don't pay much attention to it, because it doesn't always occur to them that those things can happen on other threads, too. So, I think, although a dirty thread would be fun, isn't much needed since PG-13 dirty thoughts can be posted anywhere without having the over the top control that a "Dirty Thread" has.

That's true, Joana, we have dirty comments all the time and I'm relieved that the rules are not that strict on the GG board.
