I love that ep and The Incredible Shrinking Lorelais. The had such a strong bond.

It was a good episode and showed how distant they had become and how hard it was on them both to be so out of touch with each other.

I guess it had gotten a little easier during the years we didn't see. Since Rory was away a lot.

I really like the episode. The ending was so sad.... I didn't had to see dean but Luke had to be there. Such a strong scene and another important moment for Luke and Lorelai

It was. So fitting that he'd be the one she would turn too. But it was great to see how much L/R needed each other.

And yes, I do believe their relationship has changed a bit.

As all relationships do over time, but their bond never broke, even when they fought or came across trying times. They'll always be close, I feel they'll never lose that.
