I have a hard time finding comedies I'm interested in, I'm always watching crime shows and movies.

Bring It On was the comedy I re-watched

Always a fun one

I also watched Legally Blonde 2 for the first time - not too much comedy but still classified as one

And 10 Things I Hate About You was the rom-com

Sometimes I just need to watch movies that are lighter and aren’t as emotionally draining

those are all good movies. I love 10 things I hate about you, I've seen Legally Blonde but not the sequel. I usually don't like sequels.

makes sense, I should try for more light stuff but I get so caught up in the crime stuff.

This sequel was decent

It mostly focused on Elle trying to pass a bill that stops animal testing

Been pretty relaxing so far

I went to lunch with my mom, it was nice.

I went to a screening for Raiders of the Lost Ark today

Loved getting to see one of my favorite movies on the big screen

cool, I have never seen that movie. how do you find where old movies are playing?

I first became aware that they were going to re-release it in theaters in previews

But I also sometimes look at the fathom events website where they list a lot of older movies that are re-released in theaters

The last few days have been rough unfortunately

I bruised my toe really badly 2 days ago

And I found out last night one of my aunts passed away unexpectedly

I was never particularly close to her and I haven’t seen her in a long time since my grandma passed away

But I’m still saddened by the news

Don’t know all the details yet as she passed away alone in her house

Definitely still in shock and processing

Really feel the worst for my younger cousin who is her daughter because I believe she’s the closest family member to her

oh no, I'm sorry. it's always hard even if you weren't close. knowing your family is hurting is hard.

My dad honestly hasn’t had the best relationship with her either especially in recent years but I feel for my dad losing his younger sister

I am dreading going to the funeral if there will be one since I am definitely out of practice

I don’t know if I’m emotionally prepared

The last one I went to was for my grandma 10 years ago

I think there might’ve been one I went to 9 years ago but that was for someone I didn’t know

I did have a good 4th of July eating barbecue and seeing fireworks

I did thanks, ate some burgers and we got some fireworks form the store and did them on the street.
