Ketterdam's language is definitely funny to me since a lot is based of Dutch but the pronounciation is all over the place.

Yeah.
Like Stadwatch ~ "stad" is city so it's the Citywatch. I believe the richer neighbourhood in Ketterdam is on Geldstraat which is Moneystreet, and they're all obvious but when you hear them say it, it does take a while to actually realize what they're saying. __________________
