If season 2 ends up being just as, or even more, successful than season 1, then I think we can pretty much guarantee 8 seasons.
Shonda is also a mastermind, and I am hoping we can see this series all the way through! __________________

oh no! That really must be devastating. I remember watching a video where Julia was talking about how much her dad enjoyed the book 1, and how he also was trying to guess who Lady Whistledown was.
