I think it was because the show was supposed to be a family show and Liz really really wanted Shiri on the show so she probably didn't want to be telling her how to dress when she thought she looked fine.

BBBoBBB, I didn't quite understand either. But like Nat said, Shiri was auditioning for a motherly role and it's kind of a slap in the face when they come out and say "Well your acting is nice but we don't like the way you look" when the description of her outfit sounds like she was dressed tastefully for an audition and as a lady, period. :shrug: Shiri also mentioned that she was just full out nervous that she couldn't do another full series since Roswell. Maybe its just a bunch of factors that started to catch up to her - playing a motherly role when she knew nothing about being a mother, being told that they didn't like the way she dresses, nerves, etc. I don't really know :shrug:

I think it has mostly to do with Shiri thinking the show would be something more family oriented and less raunchy (assuming that she wanted something more simple as a role) and then being told to be sexier. It's kind of like - "I don't get it? This show doesn't seem to be about sexiness. What am I auditioning for again?" Who knows :shrug: I just got to hear that from Shiri during the interview.

I guess I just can't understand, maybe it was nerves that made her upset about the wardrobe thing.

The concept of the show was a 30 something single woman has to learn to be a mother. It wasn't that Shiri would be playing June Cleaver from the get/go.

It could be :shrug: The thing she said was that all that kept going through her head right after that was "Maybe this isn't the show for me?"

Every time I remember all those rumours about the cast and producers' of Roswell not getting along, I'm so thankful for this LUX's group.
They certainly were the best part of this experience.

The Roswell cast/BtS stuff was bad? I never knew that!

Shiri and Liz looks like they are enjoying each other company so much! Hopefully they stay friends even after the show ended. I love the framed picture btw :thud: They look like best friends!

Haha! I can imagine Shiri and Liz shopping together. Liz doesn't seem like that kind of person who cares about clothes that much. But Shiri has to be a good shopper, because she always looks amazing :D

Did we ever see this here? Liz posted this on her facebook from the season 1 finale, it was Shiri's idea to do this and I think the cheek-kiss they give each other at the very end is ADORABLE!
