I was looking things up due to curiosity! And Netflix doesn't have the rights to adapt Korra. Paramount does and who knows what they would do, especially since I heard that Paramount is currently struggling

I'm not even sure netflix would have any interest in adapting korra given it was never as well received as atla.

But if they are at some point, they can always buy the rigths from paramount. Esp if paramount gets dissolved, the new owner might be interested in selling IPs. And netflix might buy.

In it's *ahem* current financial state I don't think I trust paramount to adapt Korra well. I could see Netflix buying it if they really wanted to adapt Korra, but then that's another question.

If ATLA, and the Avatar universe, continues to grow and gain new fans then I can't see why Netflix/whoever wouldn't have interest in Korra. Time will tell! Until then we can dream

But it might also be done by paramount or maybe by hbo max and then with a totally different team and style. Not sure if that would be a good idea though.

Yeah that's true any network could buy it. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. So much is up in the air right now.
