after winning the battle at the end of season 1, yeah some sort of amnesia. hmm perhaps at the time, they were sure they'll make other seasons. not sure what it worked back then with japanese tv shows renewal.

Ami-Makoto kiss probably fan made? i don't recall it in the classic series but then again i haven't seen much of the sailormoon movies from the 90s.

Ami & Makoto is actually a very popular ship within the fandom, I was initially shocked about that too but I get it, they've always had a great friendship together

They're both cute. Ami is super smart and makoto super strong.

I was able to make a thread for them today. I was just reading online about some of the parents of some of these Sailors & at least 3 parents died while 2 of the Sailors were young. Rei's mom died & both of Makoto's parents were killed in a plane crash. Brutal. Unsure if or when that gets mentioned in any Sailor Moon Anime.
