We saw her already, just she doesn't seem like a big deal.Actually... now looking.. all of them, besides (Brainwave and Icicle) are noted as guest characters. Yes that's likely the reason for them all being in the poster. And looking at the promos it seems there will be a big fight at the end between the two societies.

It does feel like this show will clearly do a lot of things different from the comics which might work but I'll see how it happens and what happens.
