its been raining off/ on all day though

Yesterday turned out to be pretty good

It was more looking like rain and drizzling than a down pour yesterday which was good. Actually raining a bit right now though.

I was awake like every 2 hours

I slept good up till about 4:30 then I was wide awake and couldnt get comfortable for some reason.

Too much rain? I managed to stay awake to watch the I.F.C. movie "Clean" late here. Quite violent if you are into such films. Adrien Brody & Glenn Fleshler star in it.

Wow, that's a lot. Hot and partly cloudy here today but it's suppose to be raining all weekend before we go back to sun and heat.

didnt sleep well last night

last weekend I ordered this black jumpsuit from old navy at the store (they didnt have my size in stock so they ordered it for me online to have it shipped to my house) well it came in the mail last night. I opened the bag and its a kids size purple leggings. nothing at all what I had ordered. so I went to the store today and explained to the lady what happend. she then called her manager over who then called another manager over and none of them had ever experience something like this before and didnt know how to handle the transaction. they told me I had to call the old navy service line and have them do it. they can do a return but what I have in the bag isnt what I ordered. I told them if I call the number how they going to know what I returned here. I have no confirmation or receipt to prove it. so they one manager finally called themselves to talk to a rep and got it straighten out. (we think) said I have to wait 5-7 days for the new shipment to come in. still waiting to see about the return from today

tonight im going to the movies to see IF

That's a very odd experience. Hopefully you did get it all figured out and can get what you ordered.

yeah it was. I did get an email today saying my original order was returned and refunded. and that my new order should be arriving in a few days. this time I get the right order

yeah I enjoyed IF. it was directed more to a younger audience but I enjoyed it. very cute storyline. the only thing that bugged me was that the 12 yr old girl was staying with her grandma in NY while her dad had to have surgery. but the grandmother never asked where she goes when she leaves the apartment was never worried or anything. meanwhile she is walking or taking a subway all around the city at all hours of the day/ night by herself. what 12 yr old would be allowed to do that ?

Yeah, that part is a bit weird. In this day and age, my 12 year old would be lucky if I'd let them walk across the street. (people do not think about kids getting kidnapped/murdered while walking to school enough!)

I know plus this was a city she hasn't been to since she was a toddler. so she isnt familiar with the area. she should never been alone outside like that.

I agree crazy people are everywhere. you really need to think more about your surroundings when walking places.

I'm always on alert when I take Tucker on his walk. Thankfully my neighborhood is peaceful and full of old people (most of whom never seem to leave their house.)

Unfortunately the heat comes with the sunshine.
