Another day that's starting off with chilli temp. But it's back to hot temps tomorrow.

My right knee really hurts this morning. My bruises haven't changed.

This blasted dog. I just tried taking him for a walk & his harness is tough for me to get on him correctly by myself & he got off of it & ran into the river across our cul-de-sac. Thankfully I got him back. He is a family member's dog & I do not know how well he can swim. Any of you able to have a decent evening thus far?

I can take Tylenol for the pain but there's only so much of that you can take in a day....

Terrible night of sleep along with the constant knee pain. It seems to be getting sensitive and more sore.

Chilly morning but it's suppose to get to 90s for the next few days.

Glad you got the dog back!

More sunshine and heat while calling for storms the next couple of nights. Suppose to get a temp. drop next week. But we'll see.

The bruising is getting better despite the pain.
