Does anyone watch it on DCU? Instead of CW.

I have no idea. You'd have to eliminate the commercial breaks. Because all together it's 1 hour.
But without commercials I think it would be around 40-45 mins long. Usually that's how long episodes of these kinda shows are.

Not sure, I wonder if they cut the episodes for the CW.

Omg this episode! Another emotional rollercoaster for me.

Well we got a little bit of her past. I mean not long before, but still something.

Yolanda's family are jerks. I mean her parents wow... like you guys should forgive her. She did something stupid and she feels terrible about it. Everyone makes mistakes.

I loved seeing her put on the costume. She's going to be an amazing Wildcat.

I was like when Beth heard Courtney call Yolanda by her name.

Almost cried when Yolanda was talking to all her family and wanted them to help her move forward with her life so that she can be the person she used to be. I had tears in my eyes. And felt even worse for her when her mom told her she'll never be the person she was. I was like OMG you're her mom.. you're supposed to support her and lift her up! Not tear her down.

Also, what happened to Denise?! Her vehicle was in the junkyard of cars.

Yeah. It certainly is a wonder why people have children if they treat them like that. Guess they think she won't say "To hell with them & just run away. The principal playing a violin in a hospital room was odd. Stargirl I think left a note that read "I can't do this alone." That's really not Yolanda's problem though, but it's nice of her if she wants to help out. I think it's still going against what Pat said.

Loved Courtney and Yolanda's scenes.

Loved Yolanda's suit and her testing her abilities.

Yes, Yolanda's parents are jerks. You can't chose your family.

Least her brother loves and supports her.

yeah I am not a fan of Yolanda's parents at all. im glad she has a friend like Courtney that doesnt care about her past.

im worried about Denise. I hope she isn't dead. but the signs of her car being in the junk yard doesnt look good.

Yeah & also I'm unsure how much of her past at this time is Courtney's business considering that they are children still that just met each other. Either way they worry have other things to worry about.

Good episode again.

Nice to get some backstory on yolanda, but it was pretty clear someone would pull that stunt on her after she took that pic of herself for her boyfriend just before election day at her school.

Also dragon king is pretty creepy.

Yolanda's look when courtney said "My dad was a superhero, I'm a superhero". She was like

But she has a really cruel family. I hope courtney can help yolanda be herself again. Bc I kinda ship their friendship.

AS for denise, whatever happened to her, I'm sure the injustice society is responsible.

ugh these fake christian values usually existent in conservative families annoy me a lot.

I do wonder if Pat is going to recruit adults for this superhero team or is his daughter going to just get more of her peers to join? If it's the latter, then good luck to them doing that. At least I can rule out Yolanda's parents partipating in fighting crime. What would be funny is if on an episode of "Stargirl" Yolanda's out doing her superhero stuff & catches her parents committing an act of crime. That would be some irony.
