Do witchers eyes glow because so far I have not seen that happen.

so far on the show, they are not very apparent but Geralt's eyes glowed when he told Jaskier he couldn't sleep. i believe their eyes do glow in the games. Perhaps Rita can confirm that. i never played the games also watched my ex play

I think it's just the light that makes them look like they glow sometimes

not that I recall. they just have cat-like eyes so they see in the dark
