Its a good thing postponed cause got no sleep and than ended up not feeling well on top relating to the sleep-aid meds took to try to get some sleep

think took too many, so ended up making myself not feel well by forcing myself to throw up

went and got my meds than slept 4 hours

not sure how long going to be up or if going to go back to sleep this afternoon
