I think she should be a vet. Ryan gets a dog. It was this stray dog that wouldn't leave him alone...so he adopts it. He takes it to the local vet to get it checked out and that's how they meet.

Her name should be...what's a good name??


ETA: And she starts getting pulled into The Drew Crew stuff because she's a doctor...even though she keeps saying...."I'm not that kind of doctor" to which Ace replies "I have the soul of a golden retriever...does that count?"

Okay her name is Marilyn! Her mother was a HUGE Marilyn Monroe fan. Her close friends call her Lyn. She's only lived in HB for a couple of years. She used to work for a bigger animal hospital but when the HB vet retired, she took the job to get away from the big city. She didn't expect ghosts though!

It kinda sounds like a Hallmark movie (if you take out the ghosts ) But I love it!

We're basically writing a full on character with a backstory and her introduction to Ryan, the writers should be lurking here

Although I actually think it would be interesting if Ryan got a love interest! It seems like he really hasn't had anything "real" since Lucy and I think it would help him move on from all the drama.
