I binge watched the entire series earlier this month and caught up before Episode 17 aired. I watched completely in a vacuum and had no idea what people thought. I disliked Nancy with Nick, but liked her with Owen. Still...when Nancy started having all these scenes with Ace, I'm like...YES! I thought I was the only one and then I went on tumblr and everyone's like...NANCY/ACE! I was beyond surprised...but very pleased.

Lol i ship Ace wirh everyone , it's sad cause i felt the same way with nick/nancy even thought they are the couple in the book I didn't feel the on screen connection I like Nick with George. Nancy and Own were ok i just knew it wouldn't last I honestly thought he would die in season one cause he is a sure character and he won't be the end game wirh nancy.

Tumblr loves Ace and Nancy rhey are just so natural together

I watched the Pilot back in October, but decided to just wait and binge watch it at a later date. I do not like Nancy/Nick together romantically. A big part of the reason I didn't want to watch at first was because of them. I know Ned/Nancy is a big thing in the books, but on the show...it just doesn't work with this version of Nancy. They only have okay chemistry. I thought Nancy and Owen had way more chemistry, but I knew they weren't going to last especially because of the age difference.

But then the show started giving them individual scenes and they just...fit together. They have a nice, easy chemistry. When Nancy gets crazy, he can slow her down. When she needs information, he can use his hacking/computer skills. When she needs someone to talk to, he will listen. Just perfect.

They are very, very natural together. He is definitely the yin to her yang.

True I do agree Nancy very forward and a striaght shooter and Ace is so chill and he uses that to his advantage for this relationship. He never freaks out.
