Realistically, how do you see their development going in Season 2?

SO pretty.

I can see them growing closer and closer throughout the season, becoming very close. Nancy will learn to trust Ace completely and lean on him. I think they will realize that there is something more between them but one or both might be afraid to act on it for a while. I think other people will pick up on it too. Then something will happen between them, hopefully! I also sense a lot of angst, but not necessarily from their relationship but I feel like the next season is going to be darker overall.

Yes...this is what I want. I see it going down exactly like that. Nancy has major issues in general (and probably should be in therapy for PTSD), but I could see her definitely see her wanting to deny, deny, deny...and Ace will just let her because he knows not to push her.

I definitely think people will pick up on it too...maybe Bess (if she's not too high on the Kool-aid) and probably Nick. There's a couple different fics where they had a scene I really want to happen on the show...especially where Nick is trying to protect Ace...and Ace just being like..."I trust that she'll tell me when she's ready" or whatever.

Yes...I agree. There's so much drama with her parentage and all the supernatural threats and whatever else is going on. I think they'll be each other's little umbrella.

I also REALLY want them to do an episode where Nancy and Ace have to go undercover as a newlywed couple. That would be AMAZING! Imagine all the comedy and cuteness and then the inevitable angst!

It would be super fun! And Ace has to do some tech stuff and they have to wear comms in their ears (like on Alias! LOL)

Yeah because she doesn't want to lose him...and has a pretty bad track record with men.

Ace will wait her out though.
