I can't wait until I'm done with all the Ace-less episodes. It's so difficult when one person isn't actually in the episode and is barely talked about.

I plan on finishing my 1x09 set tomorrow. I already started on 1x10 a while ago, but it will probably be broken up into two sets.

Yeah that's when she's destroying the creepy shrine. It's a really cathartic moment for her. It's also the first "stand-alone" case NOT tied to Lucy Sable or Tiffany Hudson. It's resolved in one episode. I'm guessing this is a template for Season 2 because there will be some stand-alone stuff as well as bigger arcs.

Me too!! The key is doing it right though!!

I'm cautiously optimistic about Season 2. I think the show could evolve into something so amazing if they do it properly!!

Yeah I wouldn't mind more episodes like that...especially if they are focusing on a particular character and their issues. Buffy did episodes like that all the time.

I would absolutely love an episode that focused specifically on Ace's backstory and Nancy was along for the ride.
