When Nancy was at the police station and on the computer going through texts, one said there's a package in the car. I'm assuming that was Tiffany texting Ned and that's the package that Ned took from Nancy's car.

I love Ned..he's such a cutie. That little device thing that he made for Nancy for her car for her to put her mom's necklace in..
 I think I missed this package situation..this is why I shouldn't multi task when watching mysteries.  __________________

Pretty sure Nick took a package out of the car in the pilot and then in last episode it was revealed that Nick was the last person Tiffany texted and said text was about a package, which is likely the package Nick took in the pilot.

Glad we finally know the truth of what happened. he really was trying to be a good friend an it just went badly. it was also interesting learning Ned and Tiffany became friends and she left him that money to make up for what she did. But I'm guessing Ryan gonna want it.

It's probably hers since it's was some old history stuff she was into. being that they were married it probably goes back to Ryan tho. I don't recall there being a letter saying Tiffany was giving it to Nick, right? more that she sent him on a mystery hunt to find it.
