NANCY DREW'S NEWS [NEWS/MEDIA THREAD] #5

Watch Season 1 and 2 on HBO Max and Season 3 on The CW.

The show was renewed for Season 3 on February 3, 2021.

Season 3 scheduled production dates are July 13, 2021 - December 10, 2021.

Season 3 premiered on Friday, October 8, 2021 and will consist of 13 episodes.

Spin-off Tom Swift was picked up to series on August 30, 2021 and will be a part of the 2021-2022 season. It will start filming late January 2022 in Atlanta, GA.

I mean I get it and I appreciate the aesthetic...BUT...the PS job is not...good.

There's some slightly different poses, so it's not EXACTLY the same...but it's a very bad PS job.

They did for Season 2. This was just something they made to promote the show on social media. I hope they do a new photoshoot for Season 3, but The CW has a reputation for reusing old pictures. I guess that's why I was so surprised they even did one for Season 2.

Oh that's a really nice idea! It would be so big if Tom Swift got picked up. I loved him in 2x15 and it would be nice for representation.

I hope it gets picked up too even if it has to move over to HBO Max or something (like they were trying with some projects).
