Nancy Drew was renewed for Season 4 on March 22, 2022!

Season 4 will premiere Midseason 2023 (Tentatively January).

Season 4 Production Dates: July 19, 2022 - December 15, 2022


Spin-Off Tom Swift is currently airing on Tuesdays @ 9/8pm.
The show was cancelled on June 30, 2022, but all episodes will air. It is currently being shopped elsewhere.

Kennedy did a little Twitter q & a today and I read through it looking for anything spoiler-y. She doesn't really say much but a few crumbs:

-From what she knows of s3 so far we'll see more of each character branching out and figuring out who they are and what they'd like to do as adults
-Someone asks if Nace is doing good from what she knows about season 3 and she replies and I quote "hehehehe"
-Says Nancy is coming more into herself as a more emotionally available being and she thinks we'll see that more in upcoming seasons. She's also very excited to see more 2 dads scenes.

Based on the new production list that just came out on Friday, it looks like Amanda Row is directing 3x01...and I'm pretty sure ND is getting 13 episodes this year. I can't say for 100% until it's official, but based on the math of the shooting dates...it's probably just 13.

They start shooting on July 13th!

Today was the first day of Season 3 filming!

Which is a pretty famous filming location in Canada. It's been on pretty much every show that's ever filmed in Vancouver.

I think it actually might have been used once on the show in 1x12/1x13...but I'm not sure. The actual building is so big, they could just use another part of it for a completely new location.

ETA: Thanks to Shu for pointing this out...if you look at the clapper board Kennedy posed with...they're actually shooting 3x03 right now. So it looks like they are indeed shooting out of order once again.
