. I feel so bad for them, but I like the George wants to go to law school and Nick is trying to return to his roots.

Yeah I'm a little disappointed we didn't see them talk it out. I do kind of like that they're both doing their own thing but it's sad they're not together anymore.

I know what you mean...but I think that was just a time thing. There was so much more stuff they had to get through. You can tell they still love each other...but they just need to grow individually more first.

Yeah a lot was going on in the episode already. Yeah they definitely still care about each other. Nick looking for George right away when the flood happened made me a bit sad. But they both have other things to do first, you're right.

I would've liked the scene where Nick comes into The Claw with the luggage and talks about his parents coming to town to have been between him and George as opposed to him and Nancy. I get that they're trying to now grow as individuals, but they're also still business partners and we as the audience know they're going to come back together eventually. It would've been a way to start their storyline of still being in each other's orbit and obviously still dealing with feelings of love, while also branching out on their own. Really, I just wanted more from them in this finale

That said, I loved hearing Nick call out for George constantly as the flood came through and seeing George's reaction to her ring being in the store window. Nick taking a picture with George's sisters at the party was so adorable too.

I just felt like their breakup story just wasn't working imo. It went from being overdramatic to like no scenes.

Yes. It was odd how they did it.

And I agree Andrea...but it was all about Nancy talking to all the DC members than anything else.
