Yeah they clearly wanted some kind of vibe like that....BUT...there just wasn't enough time for it to be like that.

No she doesn't. I did kind of like her and Lizbeth at first, but that wasn't going to end well. And the Odette thing was just a mess.

Originally I thought Lisbeth would have lasted longer....but it seems that if the COVID pandemic didn't happen, she really would have been gone in Season 1.

I just saw that Katie Findlay was cast on the Walker prequel too. So good for her!


But Addy is better suited for her. She's age appropriate and knows about the supernatural stuff. And I think fits better in with the DC than Lisbeth ever did.

Oh yeah that's right. Their breakup was supposed to be the end of season 1. Yeah Bess and Lizbeth would never have lasted. But it's good the actress got a new role!

Addy is much better suited to Bess. The fact that she just gets the supernatural stuff and Bess doesn't have to keep things from her is huge.

And Larry Teng is directing the prequel which is apparently a period piece which takes place in the 19th Century.
