I read about her when I was looking for info on the scene. Apparently, she has a habit of sleeping with older men who use her. Also, self-harm. That doesn't disturb menthe thing with older men does. Maybe they didn't treat her like that, but this one did. Even if she consented, you could see that she was in pain and didn't enjoy it. It's still statutory rape but considering how old he is and how young she is, it's rape/sexual abuse.
