A father gets his daughter back and Liz gets her sister back and they aren't even given a moment to appreciate that after Max sacrifices his own life to bring Rosa back. Then Liz works so hard to get Max back and there was still no pay off. I think that Carina got distracted by other storylines.

No we really don't. I am not sure where they are taking Liz but it just seems so out there even for her.

I think that what got missed or overlooked were lighter moments last season, Liz gets her sister back and is very thankful to have her back but why weren't there more questions asked by other characters about Rosa's mysterious return? I liked the scene where Liz has to tell Rosa that she has get a new driver's license.

Yes Rosa is back she was brought back in 2x01 believe it was or was it 1x13 Max brought her back at the end of 1x13 by sacrificing himself
