The sexual politics in Working Girl are so out of date. People forget how much things have changed even in just recent decades.

Man, that gif makes me nostalgic. I was just 3 years old when that movie came out. It was nominated for Best Picture the same year as The Exorcist and The Sting, and The Sting won. Ron Howard and Cindy Williams were also in the film, and they were later cast in the TV shows Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley. Good times.
