Anybody feel like joining me in listing their favorite actors? I'd like to see what comes up. My top 3: Male: Harrison Ford, Brad Pitt, Brendan Gleeson Female: Sandra Bullock, Gal Gadot, Saoirse Ronan Ford is just incredible, relatable, deeply human, complex, genuine. Pitt has such a deft touch, incredible confidence and energy, and there's something very up front and real about him. Gleeson is one of Ireland's best actors ever, an endlessly human and relatable actor at home either in leading roles or character parts, and no bull to him at all. Bullock is one of the most human and relatable (see which qualities I look for in an actor?) people ever onscreen, with great strength and vigour, lots of personality and an open honesty about vulnerability. Sandra has also been a major screen crush of mine since decades back and she still looks damn good well on her way to 60. Gal effortlessly blends sympathy, strength, self-possession, an air of competence and also sexiness in her Wonder Woman role and elsewhere. Saoirse Ronan is one of the most intense, sincere and relatable young actors around. She has real strength of presence. Ireland is proud of her. __________________
