Well they had to write in Candice's pregnancy into the show because it was too hard to hide her huge belly considering she was the main female character at that point, so I understand why they did it. I wasn't a huge fan of the storyline because they went into Caroline/Alaric which just hurt Alaric in the end, but at the end of the day I'm glad we have Josie and Lizzie now
